To protect the interest of operators, certain measures are in place to ensure price integrity and use of benefits. We appreciate that you understand these terms and conditions before joining the program. 1. It may take up to 3 working days to process individual registrations. 2. For company registrations, it may take up to 10 working days to process. 3. You may be contacted if more information are needed for verification. 4. Please use your names per passport in registration. 5. All approved users must be the traveller or part of the travel party in all bookings. 6. Operators can ask for membership card verification. Please save a copy of your e-membership card for your travel. 7. Prizes and rewards are not transferable. Please read its terms & conditions. 8. Operators reserved the right to reject bookings if suspected of rate abuse. 9. All rights reserved by the company to decline any registrations if there is a direct conflict of interest. 10. Please check spellings of name and company when you received the e-membership card. They need to match your bookings when verified by operators.
